I am Dianqing Lin🙋. In September 2026, I will join the TJUNLP Lab as a PhD student, supervised by Prof. Deyi Xiong. My research interests are in Natural Language Processing. Recently, my work has focused on AI for AI and AI agents. Previously, my research centered on Large Language Models, multilingual and multicultural NLP, and machine translation. I am actively seeking collaborations in research and open-source projects. If you'd like to work together on some interesting research or projects, feel free to reach out to me anytime.
Before fully focusing on NLP research, I spent four consecutive high-intensity work periods in the education industry between 2020 and 2024 (from July to September each year). Starting as an intern, I gradually took on key coordination responsibilities within an operations team of more than 40 members. In later stages, I managed and coordinated a subgroup of around 20 members, participated in recruitment, onboarding, and task allocation, and worked directly with the two founders in a fast-paced and task-intensive environment. This experience not only strengthened my communication, organizational, and operational skills, but also deepened my interest in human-centered communication and the interaction between technology, research, products, and human needs.
